Experience Certificates - new requirements for Manager, General Manager and Director visas
The Immigration Authority has announced that they can now accept Experience Certificates for employment visa applications from under qualified applicants for the job titles “Manager”, “General Manager” and “Director”.
The following four criteria must all be fulfilled:
• The applicant has minimum three years of working experience
• The applicant is educated at least up to the Higher Secondary Level (=approximately 12 years of schooling)
• The Higher Secondary School Certificate is attested by the UAE Embassy in the country of its issuance.
• The experience certificate is attested by the Chamber of Commerce in the country of its issuance.
The documents are to be submitted in Arabic. If they are translated from any other language the translation needs to be attested.
Please note that the job titles “Manager”, “General Manager” and “Director” are only available for the manager whose name is on the Trade License after meeting the requirements.
