NEW SERVICE - TOURIST VISA
Dear Valued Client,
We are pleased to inform you that, in coordination with one of our business associates, we now provide Tourist Visas for our clients. The tourist visa is valid for 30 days from the date of entry.
Required Documents:
Tourist Visa request form, duly filled out with company stamp and authorised signature (http://www.rakftz.com/en/media/get/20110220_tourist-visa-form.doc)
Copy of applicant's passport, valid for at least six months
Passport-sized colour photograph, with white background
Undertaking Letter on company letterhead (http://www.rakftz.com/en/media/get/20110220_undertaking-letter-tourist-visa.doc)
Copy of trade licence, valid for at least 30 days
Applicable Charges:
AED 800 (standard processing)
AED 1,300 (urgent processing)
A refundable deposit of AED 1,000 per applicant is to be paid. The amount will be returned once proof of exit is provided (in the form of a photocopy of the exit stamp page from the passport).
The time frame for obtaining a tourist visa will be five (5) working days from the date of submitting all required documents with payment. For an urgent tourist visa, the time frame will be three (3) working days.
If the applicant needs to extend his/her stay in the country, the tourist visa can be extended for another 30 days for a fee of AED 800. The request for visa extension should be submitted to us with the payment at least five (5) working days prior to the expiry of the tourist visa.
