JOB PROFILE

Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone Authority (RAK FTZA, www.rakftz.com) is currently offering a great opportunity to a professional who has experience in communications, organizing events, retention programs. The person holding this position will be developing/implementing strategies to enhance communications with RAK FTZA licensed clients. He/she will be in charge of updating clients with important details and information so he/she should have excellent English writing and editing capabilities. He/she will be responsible for organize functions and events for clients so he/she must be able to prepare an annual calendar of events and the related plans with the required budgets. He/she should be able to manage an event. He/she will handle a number of activities related to retention and client satisfaction so he/she should have previous experience in a customer oriented organization.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD

  • have at least 3 years experience
  • have experience in managing a small team of people
  • hold a Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Public Relations, Mass Communication or any relevant subject
  • be a native English speaker or has Excellent English language capabilities
