JOB PROFILE

Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone Authority (RAK FTZA, www.rakftz.com) is currently offering an opportunity to a professional who will be supporting and reflecting the company’s mission of providing superior team spirit and client service. The person holding this position will be responsible for the administrative tasks and office support activities in the Business Center. He/she may also interact with clients, ensure compliance for service terms with facility users and performs other related work as required.

REQUIREMENTS

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS

  • excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities and respond to customer requests
  • ability to effectively communicate and interface with peers as well as executive level management
  • very friendly and sociable personality

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD

  • have at least 1 year experience in a similar position (preferably in customer services)
  • good computer skills in MS Office environment
  • be fluent in written as well as spoken English (good knowledge of Arabic or any other Far East or European languages preferred)
