CLIENT SUPPORT MANAGER

  • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned section and ensure that it is running smoothly.
  • Handle client related issues escalated and ensure their closure.
  • Recommend to superior strategies for improvement and enhanced client satisfaction.
  • Ensure sustainable improvement in the level of services delivered to licensed clients with the purpose of client satisfaction and client retention.
  • Maintain excellent quality of documents such as forms, checklists, service manuals and similar materials provided to clients in such a way that the language is correct, simple, easy to understand and includes all necessary details.
  • Ensure accuracy of databases and information related to area of work.
  • Analyse data related to area of work, produce reports and communicate findings to superior.
  • Address any gaps that might occur related to the system or to processes and that might affect the quality or the efficiency of the services delivered to clients.
  • Supervise short term projects related to area of work that might be required or as directed by superior.
  • Ensure the development and improvement of employees within the section.
  • Escalate to superior issues that may arise in case of inability to handle them by own self.
  • Provide reports related to area of work as and when required by superior.
  • Understand the importance of client satisfaction and act accordingly.

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE

     

Ability to troubleshoot details while maintaining the "big picture" view

Experience managing client relations/issues

Ability to manage high pressure client situations and build trust with the clients

Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous issues

Ability to synthesize and communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences

Good understanding of customers' business strategies, needs, and opportunities

Excellent interpersonal skills and client management skills

Strong customer (internal and external) communication and presentation skills Self motivated, "Find a way to get it done" attitude

Outstanding time management skills and attention to details

Experience in the industry, ideally with experience within investment management industry added advantage

Arabic will also be added advantage
