'Paint and LET GO' workshop belongs to a series of easy and playful art-therapeutic painting sessions. It will give you the chance to discover yourself in a new way. Essential issues of life will be the guidance through each workshop.
Beside different themes in each workshop, the focus will be to experiment with colours and brushes! We will explore in a fun and playful way the unknown sides of ourselves.
No skills or knowledge are required – just the joy to be creative and open for surprises and change.
