Academy Zone
We have established a dedicated facility where educational organisations can base themselves to offer academic programmes to the RAK Community. Educational organisations can either manage their operations at one of our allocated buildings or build their own campuses at an assigned location in Ras Al Khaimah.

- Assistance and support for smooth functioning
- Option for leasing or building
- Easy set-up procedures
Statistics on RAK:
- The total population of RAK is 250,000, out of which 50% are UAE Nationals.
- Total number of students graduating from secondary school is 6,500 per year.
- At present there are 14 Universities and Colleges.

What are the basic required documents?
Prior to the registration process, applicants need to submit the following for pre-approval:
- Academy Zone form
- Feasibility study report
- Brief profile of institute
- Brief profile of applicant
- Letter of Intent from the institute (only for AIP and Distance Learning)
After receiving approval from the RAK FTZ Education Committee, the following must be submitted to complete registration:
