RAK FTZ offers warehousing units of 150-416 m², suitable for storage of goods, light manufacturing and assembly, available for lease on a year-round or limited time basis. Warehouses are located at two locations: at Industrial Park (Al Hulaylah Island in the vicinity of Al Saqr sea port) and Technology Park (Jazirat Al Hamra with easy access to RAK airport). Basic infrastructure (road connection, light power supply of 15-60 kW, water/gas supply) is in place.

RAK FTZ provides a number of additional services (e.g. rent of equipment, provision of manual work power etc.) which can be included in the warehouse lease package. Most warehouses can be expanded as needed by the client, thus providing a flexible solution to individual needs.
