Over 20 years ago, RAK-native Montasir Al Qassimi started his gym,Barrej Health Club, in Khuzam, Ras Al Khaimah. The club offers different styles of workouts including kettlebell, weightlifting, power lifting, GPP, karate, kickboxing, judo, TRX and indoor cycling. It is also equipped with standard gym equipment such as plate-loaded and cardio machines. Memberships are reasonably priced with different monthly packages starting from AED 250 per month.
